Review Auto-Reply uses AI to respond to your Google reviews for you — on your terms. You set the rules once, and every new review is handled the way you chose: replied to automatically, drafted for your approval, or simply flagged for you to handle.
How it works
- 1New Google reviews sync into Glow and are sorted into four types: positive, neutral, question and negative.
- 2For each type, your rule decides what happens — auto-reply, draft for approval, notify you, or nothing.
- 3When AI writes a reply, it matches the tone you picked and your brand voice, in the same language as the review.
- 4The reply is published to Google automatically, or held for your one-tap approval — whichever you chose.
What you need
- A Premium plan — Review Auto-Reply is a Premium feature.
- A connected Google Business Profile so your reviews sync into Glow.
- Reply credits — one credit per AI reply; Premium includes 300 per month.
Note ·Turning the feature on never replies to your old reviews in bulk — only reviews that arrive from then on (received within the last 72 hours) are handled.
