Privacy Policy — Glow Reach

Glow Reach ("Glow Reach", "we", "us") is a social media and local-presence analytics platform operated by Hoops Digital. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By connecting an account or using Glow Reach, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Account information

When you sign up we store your name, email address, and the workspaces you create. Authentication is handled by our infrastructure provider (Supabase).

Connected platform data

With your explicit authorization, Glow Reach connects to third-party platforms and reads data for the accounts/assets you choose to track:

Google Business Profile — locations, reviews, posts, photos, and performance metrics.
Meta (Facebook & Instagram) — Pages, Instagram professional accounts, published content, comments, and insights (followers, reach, views, engagement).
Meta Ads — ad account performance (spend, reach, impressions, clicks).
YouTube — channels, videos, and analytics.
LinkedIn — organization pages and their analytics.
TikTok — connected account analytics and the video archive.

We only access the assets you select and only the scopes you grant during authorization. We do not post on your behalf without your action.

Access tokens

OAuth access and refresh tokens for connected platforms are stored encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and are used solely to fetch the data you asked us to analyze.

Google user data

When you connect Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or YouTube, Glow Reach accesses only the scopes you grant during authorization. We use this data solely to show you your own performance dashboards, build the reports and exports you request, and — for Google Business Profile — carry out the profile actions you initiate (such as posting or replying to reviews). We never post or make changes without your explicit action.

Glow Reach's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide the service at your direction or as required by law. Human access to this data occurs only for security, to comply with law, or with your explicit consent.

How we use information

To provide analytics dashboards, reports, and exports.
To generate AI-assisted review/comment classifications and reply suggestions for content you own.
To operate, secure, and improve the service.
To communicate with you about your account.

We do not sell your personal data or your connected platform data.

Service providers

We share data only with processors that help us run Glow Reach, under appropriate safeguards:

Supabase — database, authentication, and storage.
Vercel — application hosting.
Cloudflare — content delivery for media assets.
Resend — transactional email.
AI providers (e.g. Anthropic, DeepSeek) — to classify content and generate reply suggestions. Only the necessary text is sent.

Data retention

We keep connected-platform data while your connection is active so the dashboards and reports stay available. When you disconnect a platform or delete a workspace, the associated tokens and synced data are removed. You may request full deletion at any time (see below).

Your rights & data deletion

You can disconnect any platform from the Connections page at any time, which stops syncing and removes its tokens. To request deletion of all your data, see our Data Deletion instructions or email us. Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data.

Security

Access is scoped per workspace with row-level security; tokens are encrypted at rest; and all data is transmitted over HTTPS. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
