The four actions
- Auto-reply — AI writes and publishes the reply to Google automatically, after your delay. Best for positive reviews.
- Draft & hold for approval — AI writes the reply but holds it; you approve or edit it before anything is posted. Best for questions and mixed reviews.
- Notify me only — AI writes nothing; it just emails you so you can reply yourself. Best for negative reviews.
- Off — nothing happens for this review type.
The four tones
- Friendly — warm and personable. Great for positive reviews.
- Professional — polished and businesslike. A safe default for most replies.
- Playful — light and casual. Fits relaxed, informal brands.
- Apologetic — empathetic and sincere. For negative or disappointing feedback.
Note ·The reply is always written in the same language as the review — a Hungarian review gets a Hungarian reply, a German review a German one.
Tip ·Only Auto-reply and Draft write a reply and use a credit, so the Tone and Delay fields appear only for those two actions.
