Terms of Service

Glow Reach lets businesses and agencies create branded digital loyalty cards for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, run stamp- and points-based reward programs, collect reviews, schedule posts and manage their members from one dashboard. You may invite team members and grant them access to specific workspaces.

• You provide accurate account details and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account, including team members you invite.
• You may only run loyalty programs for businesses you own or are authorized to represent.

You agree to use the Service lawfully and in line with the rules of Apple Wallet, Google Wallet and any messaging channels you use. You will not send spam, run misleading reward offers, upload unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt the Service or access data you are not authorized to access.

You decide what member information you collect through your loyalty program, so you act as the data controller for it. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and your own privacy notice for your members. Glow Reach processes that data on your behalf to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

• Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe.
• A free trial on paid plans requires a valid card; unless you cancel before it ends, the plan renews and the card is charged.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen interval until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Applicable taxes may be added.

Glow Reach and the platform itself remain our property. Your brand assets, card designs and member data remain yours. You grant us the limited license needed to host, process and display them so we can run the Service and issue your Wallet passes.

The Service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may add, change or remove features over time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these Terms.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached. On termination, your loyalty cards stop updating and your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glow Reach is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, where Hoops Digital is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
