Each card has a status that controls whether customers can add it.
- Draft — still being set up; can't be added or previewed yet.
- Active — live; customers can add it and you can preview it.
- Paused — temporarily hidden from new sign-ups; existing cards keep working.
- 1Open the card and use Activate Card to make it live, or Pause Card to take it off new sign-ups.
- 2Use Preview Card to see the live enrolment card — this is only available for active cards.
- 3If a card is still a draft, Preview will prompt you to activate it first.
Tip ·Pausing is reversible and non-destructive — members already holding the card are unaffected.
