Glow Redeem is the free app your team uses to scan customer cards, add stamps or points, and redeem rewards and offers. It's available for iPhone and Android.
- 1Download Glow Redeem from the App Store or Google Play.
- 2Sign in with a staff account (see Add a Staff Account).
- 3Allow camera access so the app can scan cards.
Tip ·Keep the app on a shared counter phone or tablet so any team member can scan without their own login.
