Staff accounts sign in to Glow Redeem to scan and redeem — without touching your dashboard, billing or settings.
- 1Open the Staff App section of your dashboard.
- 2Create a staff account and share its sign-in details with your team.
- 3The team signs in to Glow Redeem with that account and can start scanning.
Note ·Staff accounts are scan-only by design — they can add stamps and redeem rewards, but can't change cards, see billing or edit your programme.
