The Members page lists everyone who has joined your programmes. Use it to find a customer, check their stamps or points, and see their visit history.
- 1Open Members to see every card holder across your programmes.
- 2Use Filters and the column sort to narrow the list (by programme, status or activity).
- 3Click a member row to expand their detail — stamps, points balance, recent visits and rewards.
Tip ·Click a column header to sort ascending or descending — handy for finding your most active members or lapsed ones.
