Stamps and points are added when a staff member scans a customer's card in Glow Redeem. A scan is what counts as a visit.
- 1The customer shows their wallet card (or its QR) at the counter.
- 2Staff scan it in Glow Redeem and add a stamp, or enter points earned.
- 3When a stamp card hits its goal, the reward unlocks — staff mark it redeemed on the next visit.
Note ·Because Apple and Google Wallet never share a pass's location, visits are measured from your staff scans — not a geofence. The scan log is the reliable signal behind all your analytics.
