Loyalty & wallet cards
If you added a loyalty card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and need help — a stamp didn't register, a reward wasn't applied, or you want your card removed — email us at support@glowreach.app with the business name and the email you used to sign up, and we'll sort it out.
Account & connections
You can manage connected platforms (Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok) from the Connections page in your dashboard. Disconnecting a platform stops syncing and removes its tokens. For anything you can't resolve there, get in touch and we'll walk you through it.
