Data Deletion Instructions

You can remove your data from Glow Reach at any time. We offer three options:

1. Disconnect a platform

In the app, go to Connections, choose the platform (Google, Facebook, Instagram, Meta Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, or TikTok), and click Disconnect. This immediately stops syncing and deletes the stored access tokens and that platform's synced data for your workspace.

2. Delete your account / workspace

To remove everything, email facebook@hoopsdigital.com from your account email with the subject "Delete my data". We will permanently delete your workspaces, connections, tokens, and all associated data, and confirm once complete (within 30 days).

3. Meta data deletion callback

If you remove Glow Reach from your Facebook settings, Meta sends us an automated deletion request and we delete the data linked to your Meta user ID. You can also revoke access directly from Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations.

What gets deleted

  • Encrypted OAuth access & refresh tokens.
  • Synced analytics, content archives, and report snapshots.
  • Your profile and workspace records (for full-account deletion).
