- 2Use the billing portal to update your card, download invoices, or change plan.
- 3Cancel any time — your programme stays on its current plan until the period ends, then drops to Basic.
Tip ·Downgrading to Basic keeps your data — you just return to the free limits (one card, up to 50 members). Upgrade again whenever you're ready.
