- 1Open Offers and create a new offer card.
- 2Set the reward text, design, and how long it stays valid.
- 3Save and send it to the members you want to reach.
Validity options
- Fixed date — expires on a specific calendar date.
- Relative — valid for a set number of days after the customer receives it (e.g. 5 days).
- None — no expiry.
Note ·A coupon is never issued with a date already in the past — if an expiry has passed, the offer won't be added, so pick a future date or use the relative option.
