Setting up your programme takes a few minutes. Here's the whole flow from start to finish.
- 1Finish onboarding — enter your business name; this is the name customers see on their card.
- 2Create your first wallet card (a stamp card is the simplest start) and design it with your colours and logo.
- 3Activate the card so it can be added to a phone.
- 4Share your sign-up link or QR code so customers can enrol.
- 5Install Glow Redeem on a staff phone so you can scan cards and add stamps.
Once those five steps are done, you have a live loyalty programme. Everything else — offers, notifications, automations — builds on top of it.
