- 1Open Automations and choose the automation you want to run.
- 2Set its timing — e.g. how many days after joining, or how many days before a birthday.
- 3Choose the channels (email, wallet push) and customise the message.
- 4Enable it — it now runs automatically for every member who qualifies.
